Currently, the study and education of Party discipline are being carried out in-depth throughout the Party, focusing on learning Party rules and regulations. Both sides have exchanged views on cultivating Party members' sense of discipline, enhancing participation in organizational activities, and developing vertical branch construction. Party representatives from the Third Clinical Medical College shared their experiences, including strengthening the implementation of discipline in thematic Party days through regular thematic Party days and strictly implementing the "three meetings and one lesson" policy. They also emphasized the importance of "criticism and self-criticism" in practice. To improve participation in organizational activities, they adhered to the belief that "every Party member is a flag" and leveraged the characteristics of clinical disciplines to carry out a series of health science popularization activities through initiatives like the "Practical Action Plan". In terms of vertical branch construction, they focused on the "teaching, helping, and leading" approach, sharing learning and research experiences among outstanding Party members to deepen their sense of belonging and organizational concepts.
